There’s a Rep for That

It’s been a slow weekend for news.  Health care, with nothing new, and Afghanistan, which has been beaten to death everywhere, have dominated the news cycle, unless you count Tiger, and don’t even ask me to go there.

A Facebook Farmville friend named Candace pointed me to a hilarious takeoff on the iPhone commercials, so for your enjoyment, I’ll lead with that.

Funny - Mark Kirk is a rep up near me - not my district though. He's running for Burris' senate seat and asked for Sarah Palin's endorsement. BWahahaha! Does he not know that he lives in a blue state? Scarah's endorsement will be the kiss of death to that run!

Calculated gamble on Kirks part. And a delicate game. he wants the deluded righties on his side and the money Sarah can get from them. Then he'll make a speech somewhere else saying he loves Unions.

I think the Democrat is safe. I figure it will be Gianoulis.

Oh. The post. Very good. Thanks TomCat.

And this is only the tip of the iceberg. They have reps for dismantling the entire Bill of Rights, 'ceptin' the 2nd Amendment, a 'course.

Am I boring you, Vig?

What ever you do, Lisa, son't let him get elected.

Amen, Mike.

Thanks, Truth! And you're welcome.

You sure have that right, Dave.

Bah, the guy's in a blue state - duh, Sarah Palin wouldn't even come here because she might get some Democrat cooties. We like our politicians corrupt and Democrat. She only qualifies for the first.

Lisa, I forget where you live, but based on your comment, is it IL?

Really Vig? I find her entertaining in a perverse kind of way.

Right on, Jack, and thanks.
