Dorgan Amendment Defeated

Senator Dorgan’s amendment to cut the cost of prescription drugs went down to defeat Tuesday 51 – 48.  I now have the voting records to share with you.  These are the Senators who sided with Big Pharma against US consumers:

I have bolded the Democrats, marked the Democrats with a history of selling out to corporations in red, and corrected the party affiliation of Traitor Joe.

Levin of MI voted against this? I say that I have voted for him in every election that I can remember and I am now going to either not vote at all, something I have done at EVERY opportunity since I was 18, or work for the republican who next runs against him, because no liberal in MI has the balls to take him on.

The admisistration has made some kind of a deal with Big Pharma that they will limit their opposition to the health care bill in exchange for getting this killed.
